"The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts" ~Aristotle
I have always had a passion for working with people to address how their body moves and functions as a whole understanding the profound impact one part of the body has on the function and physics of the entire structure. My goal with every person I work with is to look at the big picture, find why their symptoms are happening and create long term solutions. This could be accomplished through hands on treatments, postural retraining, adjusting their work station, making sure they have the right footwear, working with their golf pro to alter their swing, adjusting everyday activities, and more... solutions being driven by what their body needs. I am grateful for the trust my clients place in me.
Outside of the clinic: a musician, artist, foodie, gardener, hiker and lover of all things outdoors.
Perpetually curious, I am always exploring new ideas to integrate into my treatment approach.
"Focused on whole health...I am so grateful to have found Laura 7 years ago. She is the first physical therapist that I have seen who takes your body structure and posture into account when presenting with a particular issue. She has a gentle, yet extremely effective approach. While working, she explains what she’s doing and why. Laura also demonstrates detailed exercises and stretches for you to do at home.
I leave with knowledge, and a plan, to take an active part in my own healing.
Her main goal is always to get you back to actively participating in life pain-free.
As a professional medical personal trainer, I have referred multiple clients as well as family members and friends to Laura, because I trust her methods."

"A True Healer, Laura Reynolds has an unparalleled understanding of the human body and how it functions as a whole. Her method of treating the body as a whole, not just the spot where the pain manifests, is so much more effective than the common methods of treating pain.
I have been suffering with fibromyalgia for nearly 20 years. Her skilled treatments have made a tremendous difference in my ability to function and live my life. My mobility and range of motion is better now than it was 10 years ago! I wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else."
~Donna P, Madison, CT
With Covid came the need to find a way to support my immune compromised clients, so I began offering therapeutic exercise and yoga sessions on-line, and it turned out to be incredibly effective!
As someone who had always thought of herself as needing to be hands in order to effectively help people, necessity opened a door with regards to how I was able to deliver effective quality care.
If this may be of benefit to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
